Refund & Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for food items due to health and safety regulations. However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately with a photo of the order.

Quality Issues: If there is a problem with the quality of the food (e.g., spoiled, undercooked, or missing items), notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us for assistance.

Refunds for cash payments may be provided as a store credit or cash reimbursement at our discretion.

If a replacement is requested, we will prepare and send a new order as soon as possible.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that were incorrect due to customer errors (e.g., wrong address, or incorrect items selected).

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

Orders not reported within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
